For a closer fit, choose the smaller size. For a more relaxed fit, choose the larger size.
How to measure
Measure your feet at the end of the day, when they are usually at their largest. Stand on a sheet of paper and mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel. Measure the distance between the two points and use the larger measurement if your feet differ in size.
