Delivery Policy

We offer tracked delivery to the United Kingdom.

Orders over £60 qualify for free tracked UK delivery. Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery after dispatch normally takes approximately 5–7 working days.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 6–9 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@cozvaer.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Tracking and Delayed Orders

If your tracking information has not been updated for several working days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

We will contact the delivery provider and investigate the matter.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs of any damage where relevant.

Customs and Import Charges

Where customs duties, taxes or import charges apply, they will be handled according to the information displayed at checkout.
