Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day returns period.
You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Please try footwear indoors on a clean surface. We may refuse a return if the item shows signs of outdoor wear, damage or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
How to Request a Return
Email contact@cozvaer.com with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photographs, if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect
Once your request has been approved, we will send you the return instructions.
Approved returns qualify for free return shipping unless we tell you otherwise before the item is sent.
Do not return an item without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions
Personalised, made-to-order or sealed hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable unless they are faulty.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain another size, colour or style is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days after approval for your bank, card provider or payment service to display the refund.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@cozvaer.com.
United Kingdom Statutory Rights
For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notifying the retailer, the consumer normally has a further 14 days to return the goods.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by separate statutory rights.
Our commercial 30-day returns policy is additional to these rights. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
